Q. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

A. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from MyCandyCrafts.com you can return your item(s) for a partial refund within 20 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn/not used/unopened, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)

  1. Go to the website and click on My Account in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Log in to your account using your email address and password.
  3. Click on the order number of the merchandise you wish to return.
  4. Click the “Add New RMA” button.
  5. If you would like to receive a store credit, please check another product in the drop down box. Otherwise, choose money back from the dropdown to receive a refund.
  6. Choose the reason for requesting a return.
  7. Please add any comments that would help us process your return.
  8. Now just ship the product back to us and we will do the rest!

If you select the USPS 'snail mail' option, please allow 7-10 business days for the product to arrive.

Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, (e.g., bag), and place it in a shipping box. Attach the label to the sealed box. Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off. A black marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes.

You may drop off your return at any authorized UPS/FedEx/USPS shipping location, but please do not drop your return off at a drop box. To find the nearest authorized shipping location, please visit www.ups.com, www.fedex.com, or your local post office.

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the MyCandyCrafts Fulfillment Centers. Once it is received and inspected by the MyCandyCrafts Fulfillment Centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Q. Do you accept returns on edible products?

A. Due to edibles being a perishable item and in compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, MyCandyCrafts.com does not accept any return on edible products. Edible (ALL CONSUMABLE FOOD PRODUCTS) may not be returned.

Q. I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that? 

A. MyCandyCrafts.com is very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please call the MyCandyCrafts Customer Loyalty Team at 1-888-422-6393 for assistance returning the item. They will need some information in order to pull up the account that the gift was purchased on. You will have to provide their phone number, first and last name, or email address.

Any gift item being returned will be refunded to the original purchaser's method of payment; you cannot obtain a store credit for a returned gift item. However, we can definitely process a gift exchange for you for another item. Please call the MyCandyCrafts Customer Loyalty Team at 1-888-422-6393 for assistance.

Q. How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Q. Do you offer pre-paid labels to cover returns?

A. We currently do not offer pre-paid labels for returns. We also do not refund the amount of the original shipping. Please consider this before ordering and deciding if you would like to return a item(s).

Q. Are there any restocking fees for returns? 

A. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 




Please note: Any returns without an RMA will be considered "ABANDONED" and no refund will be issued for the returned package.
